Village Tavern in Birmingham, AL is hiring entry-level servers with both full-time and part-time opportunities and a variety of day, evening, and weekend shifts. Experienced servers can earn a strong five-figure income and potentially six figures, with training and growth opportunities available.

Experienced servers can earn a strong five-figure income and potentially six figures depending on availability, performance, and the number of shifts worked. Experience is preferred, but entry-level candidates may begin in a support role with a clear path to becoming a server. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

As a Server, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional dining experience for every guest. Your mission is to provide friendly, responsive service that leaves a lasting impression. You’ll:
