Responsibilities

• Wipe tables or seats with dampened cloths or replace dirty linens.
• Set tables with clean linens, condiments, or other supplies.
• Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Stock the bar with all essential supplies for the ongoing daily operation.
• Attend immediately to any spills or customer hazards in the common space.

We are looking for a motivated Bar Back / Busser / Server Assistant to join our team! You will contribute to an exceptional dining experience by cleaning tables, removing dirty dishes, replacing table linens, setting tables, and servicing items to guests such as water and condiments.

Responsibilities

• Wipe tables or seats with dampened cloths or replace dirty linens.
• Set tables with clean linens, condiments, or other supplies.
• Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Perform serving, cleaning, or stocking duties in establishments, such as cafeterias or dining rooms, to facilitate customer service.
• Stock the bar with all essential supplies for the ongoing daily operation.
• Keep the back of house clean and operating in a functional state, with strict inventory and stocking measures.
• Attend immediately to any spills or customer hazards in the common space.
• Ensuring the state of the store is properly maintained throughout your shift.
• Assist management in maintaining and improving store functionality.
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lb safely.
