Job summary

Red Lobster is seeking a friendly Server Assistant to welcome guests, manage seating, and support the dining room team in delivering outstanding hospitality.

You will assist with waitlists, deliver beverages and food, and help maintain a clean and inviting dining room while following safety standards and teamwork to ensure a smooth shift.

Qualifications

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely.
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming every guest with a friendly smile and creating a great first impression.
• Managing the waitlist, reservations, and seating to provide a seamless guest experience.
• Delivering hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable moments.
• Supporting dining room service by ensuring tables are stocked, refilling drinks, bussing, and delivering food.
• Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and communicating readiness to the team.
• Following safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming of the dining area.

Your responsibilities as a Server Assistant will include, but are not limited to:

• Welcoming every guest with a friendly smile and create a great first impression

• Supporting dining room service by ensuring tables are fully stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food
• Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and communicating table readiness to the team
• Following all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming of the dining room
• Working as one team, always putting our guests and fellow team members first
