Responsibilities

• Welcoming every guest with a friendly smile and create a great first impression
• Managing the waitlist, reservations, and seating while providing a seamless guest experience
• Delivering hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences
• Supporting dining room service by ensuring tables are stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food
• Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and communicating table readiness to the team
• Following safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming
• Working as one team, putting guests and teammates first

Your responsibilities as a Server Assistant will include, but are not limited to:
