Red Lobster in Vineland, NJ is hiring a Server Assistant to greet guests, manage waitlists, and support dining room service. You’ll help ensure tables are stocked, drinks refilled, and orders delivered with warm hospitality.

This role offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k) with company match after 1 year; and dining discounts.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country you are applying
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
• Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an entire shift
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Welcoming every guest with a friendly smile and creating a great first impression
• Managing the waitlist, reservations, and seating while providing a seamless guest experience
• Delivering hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences
• Supporting dining room service by ensuring tables are stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food
• Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and communicating table readiness to the team
• Following safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming
• Working as one team, always putting guests and fellow team members first
