Red Lobster seeks a Server Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced dining room environment. You will warmly welcome guests, manage seating, and support servers to ensure smooth service and memorable hospitality.

The role focuses on teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task across dining room duties while maintaining a clean, safe environment for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely.
• Move about the restaurant and stand for extended periods.
• Team player with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a friendly smile and make a great first impression.
• Manage waitlists, reservations, and seating to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Deliver hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable moments.
• Support dining room service by keeping tables stocked, refilling drinks, and bussing.
• Clear and reset tables, maintain a clean dining room, and communicate readiness.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards, including light cleaning.
• Work as a team, always putting guests and colleagues first.

Your responsibilities as a Server Assistant will include, but are not limited to:

• Welcoming every guest with a friendly smile and create a great first impression
• Managing the waitlist, reservations, and seating while providing a seamless guest experience
• Delivering exceptional hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences
• Supporting dining room service by ensuring tables are fully stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food
• Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and communicating table readiness to the team
• Following all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming of the dining room
• Working as one team, always putting our guests and fellow team members first

What it Takes to Succeed (Physical Job Requirements)
