Job summary

Red Lobster is seeking a Server Assistant in Salinas, CA to welcome guests, manage the waitlist and seating, and support the dining room team to ensure a smooth guest experience. This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, multitasking, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying

Responsibilities

• Welcoming every guest with a friendly smile and create a great first impression
• Managing the waitlist, reservations, and seating while providing a seamless guest experience
• Delivering exceptional hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences
• Supporting dining room service by ensuring tables are fully stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food
• Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and communicating table readiness to the team
• Following all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming of the dining room
• Working as one team, always putting our guests and fellow team members first
