Woodbine Hospitality Group in Skaneateles is seeking a Bar Assistant for Skaneateles Fields Resort & Spa to help run the bar smoothly, stock, prep, and support bartenders in a refined hospitality setting.

You will gain hands-on experience in a world-class resort environment, working with a team focused on guest satisfaction, professional presentation, and maintaining the highest standards during peak service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• A passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within the industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders with daily setup, restocking, and closing duties
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, storage, and glassware
• Refill ice, garnishes, beverages, and supplies throughout service
• Ensure all bar tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use
• Support the bartending team during peak service to ensure timely, high-quality service
• Uphold resort standards of professionalism, presentation, and guest satisfaction
