Job summary

Seabrook Island Club in South Carolina is seeking a Server Assistant to ensure smooth table service and guest satisfaction. You will run food, refill drinks, clear tables, and work weekends/holidays as needed.

Training covers sanitation and safety, with collaboration across servers, hosts, and kitchen staff. Responsibilities include setting up work areas, expediting dishes with correct garnishes, maintaining stocked stations, and supporting management as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of restaurant service or related experience preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Set up work areas and perform side work as directed by the manager.
• Assist in expediting food from kitchen with correct garnishes and sauces.
• Ensure dishes are correctly placed at the right table and seat.
• Maintain service areas and replenish waters, clear plates, and manage trash.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures at all times.
• Anticipate guest needs and assist servers, hosts, and kitchen staff.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and support daily specials announcements.
