Red Lobster is hiring a Server Assistant for our Rochester, MN location. You will greet guests, manage waitlists and seating, and support dining room service to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Daily tasks include stocking tables, refilling drinks, pre-bussing, and delivering food, along with clearing and resetting tables and maintaining a clean dining area. Safety and teamwork are emphasized to serve guests well.

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
• Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an entire shift
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
