Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is seeking a Part-Time Server Assistant for Quattro Restaurant in Palo Alto. The role supports servers, maintains dining area standards, and assists in delivering a polished guest experience in a luxury setting.

Ideal candidates have general food knowledge, strong presentation and English communication skills, and the ability to carry a tray. Flexible scheduling and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• This position requires an applicant with general food knowledge.
• Candidates must have good personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Must be flexible with schedule - able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Must provide work authorization to work in the United States of America.

Responsibilities

• Assists the server in clearing and resetting the tables according to the restaurant standards.
• Assists the server in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
• Performs side work such as polishing silverware, refilling the condiment containers and crumbing the tables as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
