Two Hands (twohandshospitality.com / @twohandsrestaurant) is seeking a Server Assistant to join our team in Williamsburg. This position is for weekends only, so open weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill guests' needs quickly
• Run food and be knowledgeable about the menu
• Clear tables between courses
• Deliver drinks to tables
• Set tables before, during, and after service
• Deliver used dishes to dishwashing area
• Serve water as needed
• Perform side work duties
• Stock condiments in service stations
• Restock all side stations in dining room with proper items
• Polish silver and glassware
• Perform all other duties as assigned
• Pack takeaway orders

• Hourly wage of $25-$30 per hour (hourly wage of $12, plus a percentage of tips from the FOH tip pool)
