At Fleming’s, your primary responsibility will be creating memorable moments for our Guests. As a Server Assistant, you will assist the kitchen and Servers in the dining room, helping with food assembly, order accuracy checks, and guest communication to ensure expectations are met. You will also help track food times, stock tables, bussing, offer drink recommendations, and perform table-side service to enhance guest experience.

Experience:

• Minimum one year of restaurant experience as a server or busser.
