Job summary

NCG Hospitality in Milwaukee is seeking a Server Assistant to support dining operations and maintain inviting, guest-facing spaces. You will stock service stations, assist with cleanliness, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our Growth, Fun, Trust, and Responsibility values.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 months of restaurant experience, can handle repetitive tasks with accuracy, work well in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate as a team player.

Qualifications

• 3+ months restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to perform task-oriented repetitive functions consistently, on-time and error free.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates a team player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintains continual upkeep of dining spaces to include entry ways and all guest-facing spaces.
• Stock service stations throughout the shift to include beverage and paper supplies.
• Ensures back of house is clean and orderly.
