Job summary

NCG Hospitality is seeking a Server Assistant for The Trade Milwaukee location to help create a seamless dining experience. You’ll assist servers, keep tables clean, reset quickly, and ensure guests receive fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Three months or more of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to perform task-oriented repetitive functions consistently, on-time and error free.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continual upkeep of dining spaces including entry ways and guest spaces.
• Stock service stations with beverages and paper supplies.
• Ensure back of house is clean and orderly.

How You’ll Make An Impact

In the Steward role, you'll help create a seamless dining experience by keeping tables clean, resetting quickly, and supporting servers to ensure fast, friendly service for every guest.
