The Server Assistant Position Involves:

• Ensuring an enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant dining experience for guests
• Providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and staff
• Helping guests select menu items, explaining food and beverage options, recommending cocktails, and identifying wines in accordance with Perry's training
• Answering questions regarding food and beverage preparation
• Notifying managers of any special accommodations or allergies prior to reporting to the kitchen
• Maintaining cleanliness of tables and dining areas, and completing opening, running, and closing side work
