Job summary

Main Event is seeking a friendly Server Assistant to support our servers and ensure guests have a fantastic experience. You’ll help with refills, pre-bussing, greetings, and taking drink orders while keeping dining areas clean and safe.

This role emphasizes teamwork, urgency in a fast-paced environment, and reliable opening, mid-day, or closing duties. Food handler and alcohol certifications may be required.

Qualifications

• Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Certification, as required.
• Prior food and beverage experience a plus but not required
• Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)

• Communicates effectively
• Sense of urgency and comfort in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills

At Main Event, our Server Assistants support the Server to ensure that our Guests have an amazing experience! As a Server Assistant, your primary duty is to help with refills, pre-bussing tables, helping with table turns, and making sure the dining areas are spotlessly clean! You also assist with aspects of service like greeting Guests and taking drink orders. You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?
