Job summary

Main Event is seeking a Server Assistant in an on-site role. You will support the server with refills, pre-bussing, table turns, and maintaining spotless dining areas while greeting Guests and taking drink orders. You’ll help ensure safety and sanitation standards are met throughout every shift.

The position emphasizes hospitality, fast-paced teamwork, and delivering high-quality service to Guests. Training and advancement opportunities are available within a welcoming culture.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!).
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!).
• Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Certification, as required.
• Communicates effectively
• Sense of urgency and comfort in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to workdays, nights, and/or weekends.

At Main Event, our Server Assistants support the Server to ensure that our Guests have an amazing experience! As a Server Assistant, your primary duty is to help with refills, pre-bussing tables, helping with table turns, and making sure the dining areas are spotlessly clean! You also assist with aspects of service like greeting Guests and taking drink orders. You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.
