The server assistant is responsible for providingfriendly, responsive service to create a warm welcoming and exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. Theserver assistantprimary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time, they will want to return again and again by helping the server provide 5 star service.

Fundamental Requirements

• Employees must at all times be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees.
• Perform opening and closing side work according to standards to ensure that guests are served promptly and efficiently.
• Serve guests with all food and beverage requirements in a warm, friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Maintain clean service areas in the front and back of house.
• Run food and serve the guests following the standards.
• Polish all silverware and glassware.
• Reset the tables.
• Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
• Clear dishes from the table and maintain the table throughout the dining experience.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
