Job Description

All FOH positions are expected to report to work as scheduled, be in correct uniform, and maintain positive personal hygiene and cleanliness during all shifts. Each team member will receive their station assignment at the beginning of the shift and perform all opening and closing duties as directed by the Manager on Duty. Teamwork is essential; assisting fellow team members to enhance the guest experience and communicating any guest issues to the Manager on Duty is expected. Knowledge of all standards and procedures as outlined in the RCSH Employee Training Packet is required.

Duties and Expectations

1. Set up and restock service stations before, during, and after service, including glassware, ice, and bar items.
2. Serve water, bread, and butter to guests immediately upon seating and throughout the dining experience.
3. Clear dishes, silverware, glassware, and other items when guests finish, and prepare for the next course.
4. Return dirty dishware and utensils to the dishwashing area, sorting according to the 'decoy' system.
5. Reset vacated tables following training procedures.
6. Communicate guest requests or needs to the service staff.
7. Availability for nights, weekends, and holiday shifts is required.
