Job summary

Main Event Entertainment in Beaumont, TX is hiring a guest service team member. You will greet guests, take drink orders, and deliver food in a timely manner while supporting servers to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Greeting Guests and taking drink orders.
• Delivering food and drinks promptly and anticipating Guest needs.
• Supporting the Server with condiments, pre-bussing, and table turns.
• Providing memorable service and creating a fun guest experience.
• Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)


• Assisting with greeting Guests and taking drink orders


• Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guest’s needs


• Supporting the Server by refilling condiments, pre-bussing tables, and turning tables


• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service


• Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Prior food and beverage experience a plus but not required


• Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)


• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)


• Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Certification, as required


• Communicates effectively


• Sense of urgency and comfort in a fast-paced environment


• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills


• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
