Job summary

Main Event is seeking a Server Assistant to support the Server and ensure guests have an amazing experience. The role includes refills, pre-bussing, turning tables, and maintaining spotless dining areas while greeting guests and taking drink orders.

You will uphold safety and sanitation standards, deliver food and drinks promptly, and assist with opening, mid-day, or closing duties. A guest-focused mindset and teamwork are essential, with certifications as required.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!).
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!).
• Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Certification, as required.
• Communicates effectively.
• Sense of urgency and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.

Job Description: At Main Event, our Server Assistants support the Server to ensure that our Guests have an amazing experience! As a Server Assistant, your primary duty is to help with refills, pre-bussing tables, helping with table turns, and making sure the dining areas are spotlessly clean! You also assist with aspects of service like greeting Guests and taking drink orders. You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

Salary Range: 5.25 - 12
