Job summary

Main Event Entertainment in Murfreesboro is seeking a welcoming team member to greet guests and drive a fun, high-energy experience. You will take and prepare orders, assist guests with menu suggestions, and handle payments with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Training is provided, with emphasis on safety, teamwork, and delivering memorable guest experiences. This role supports the venue's operations across opening, mid-day, and closing shifts, contributing to a vibrant atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused mindset required for delivering friendly service.
• Teamwork is essential to smooth restaurant operations.
• Food Handlers Certification, as required by state/local rules.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of orders and payments.
• Effective communication with management, teammates, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests; be an ambassador of fun.
• Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy.

• Deliver food and drinks promptly and anticipate guest needs.
• Process payments and welcome guests back to the venue.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Welcome and greet all Guests, all while being an ambassador of FUN!
• Recommending menu items and ensuring order accuracy
• Preparing quick-service food and beverages according to recipes and standards
• Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guest’s needs
• Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties
• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus but not required
• Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Food Handlers Certification, as required
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to workdays, nights and/or weekends
