Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a friendly server in Olathe, KS. You will greet Guests, describe menu items, and deliver food and drinks with timely, attentive service while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

You will work as part of a welcoming team across shifts and learn the full guest experience. Ideal candidates value guest satisfaction, teamwork and effective communication, and are able to comply with alcohol laws and age requirements.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus, but not required.
• Guest focused mindset.
• Teamwork is a must.
• State-required serving age; Alcohol Certification as required.
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcoming and greeting Guests as ambassador of FUN.
• Recommending menu items and ensuring order accuracy.

Job Description: At Main Event, our Servers serve up great food, drinks and FUN for all Guests! As a Server, you are relentless in providing our Guests with exceptional and timely service. You know the menu inside and out and can make great suggestions. You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
