Job summary

Main Event is hiring a Server Assistant to support our servers and ensure an outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced setting. You will help with greeting Guests, taking drink orders, refilling, pre-bussing, and turning tables while keeping the dining areas clean and safe.

As part of our team, you’ll deliver food and drinks promptly, anticipate guest needs, and maintain high safety standards. Availability for days, evenings, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset
• Teamwork is a must
• Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Certification, as required
• Communicates effectively
• Sense of urgency and comfort in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to workdays, nights, and/or weekends

Job Description: At Main Event, our Server Assistants support the Server to ensure that our Guests have an amazing experience! As a Server Assistant, your primary duty is to help with refills, pre-bussing tables, helping with table turns, and making sure the dining areas are spotlessly clean! You also assist with aspects of service like greeting Guests and taking drink orders. You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?
