Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Residences Guest Services Attendant (Hiker/Page) to join our dynamic Residential Team. The role focuses on providing valet parking and managing personal deliveries while recognizing and connecting with residents to deliver exceptional service.

We seek someone with a genuine desire to serve, excellent communication, and the ability to prioritize multiple requests. The position requires a Texas driver’s license and work authorization in the United States,

The Residences Guest Services Attendant (Hiker/Page) provides valet parking service to the residences and manages personal deliveries. We are looking for a Residences Guest Services Attendant (Hiker/Page) that will recognize our residents, establish connections and be present on our front drive.

Schedule & Hours

As our Residence is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Residences Guest Services Attendant (Hiker/Page) to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
