Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Room Service Server to join our Food & Beverage team. You will deliver exquisite, in-room dining experiences, anticipate guest needs, and ensure timely setup of orders.

Open 24/7, we value teamwork, hospitality, and flexibility; mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays shifts available. Training, employee meals, discounts, and growth opportunities await in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• MICROS knowledge preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in Food & Beverage preferred.
• TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required.
• Work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Food & Beverage to guests' rooms with precision and courtesy.
• Anticipate guest needs and tailor service to create a memorable in-room dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and accuracy of orders and assist with guest requests.

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Room Service Server to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other's contribution and importance.

What you will do

Are you excited about delivering the best Food & Beverage experience to our guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you! It is more than serving food, but rather creating a Food & Beverage experience in the comfort of the guest’s room. Room Service Servers anticipate, customize, and service guest’s needs before being asked and are knowledgeable about all available menu options. As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our servers to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

What you bring

• Knowledge of MICROS preferred
• One to two years’ experience working in Food & Beverage preferred
• TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required
• Work authorization in the United States
