Job summary

Mystic Lake Casino in Prior Lake, MN is hiring a Server Assistant for our Red Orchid restaurant concept. You will support the Server by delivering timely food and beverage service, maintaining tables, and anticipating guest needs to ensure a polished dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers food and beverages with timing, accuracy, presentation, and proper service standards.
• Assists with course progression, including clearing, resetting, and preparing the table for the next course.
• Maintains awareness of the dining room and assigned tables, anticipating guest needs and communicating with the Server.
• Verifies food presentation and communicates any concerns, missing items, or special requests before food is presented to the guest.
• Provides water and beverage service and assists with other guest requests.
• Maintains impeccable table presentation, service areas, and surrounding floor throughout service.
• Keeps service stations fully stocked and organized and completes assigned side work to support the operation.
• Assists with other service responsibilities as needed to maintain a seamless guest experience.
