Mystic Lake Casino Hotel in Prior Lake, MN is seeking a Server Assistant for Red Orchid to support the Server and ensure polished service through course execution, table maintenance, and team communication.

You will deliver timely food and beverage service, reset tables between courses, maintain station cleanliness, and help with side work. Weekly pay, free uniforms, and health benefits accompany this role.

• Verifies food presentation and communicates any concerns, missing items, or special requests before food is presented to the guest.
• Provides water and beverage service and assists with other guest requests.
• Maintains impeccable table presentation, service areas, and surrounding floor throughout service.
• Keeps service stations fully stocked and organized and completes assigned side work to support the operation.
• Assists with other service responsibilities as needed to maintain a seamless guest experience.
