Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or electronics training preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in server assembly, electronics manufacturing, or a high‑performance computing environment.
• Hands-on experience with production tooling and assembly tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions, schematics, and assembly diagrams.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble server systems and components according to technical specifications and work instructions.
• Operate and maintain production machinery and specialized assembly tools.
• Troubleshoot server hardware components, including CPUs, memory, storage, and power units.
• Diagnose and resolve system-level performance issues to help ensure reliable, quality products.
• Document assembly steps, test results, and issues identified during production.
• Work with quality, engineering, and inventory teams to address technical and operational challenges.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance assembly efficiency and product quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following ESD, safety, and standard operating procedures.
