Job summary

Server Products Inc is seeking a manufacturing associate to operate precision machines and assemble component parts according to engineering specifications. You will set up equipment, monitor quality, and report data in the ERP system while maintaining a clean, safe work area and adhering to 5S practices.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, ability to read blueprints, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and good math skills.
• Effective verbal communication and teamwork.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to read blueprints and use measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines per SOPs and blueprints.
• Set up and run assigned machines on a repetitive basis.
• Measure parts with calipers and rulers to ensure spec conformance.
• Visually inspect parts to meet quality standards.
• Keep equipment clean and report malfunctions promptly.
• Support 5S practices for a safe, organized workspace.
• Accurately report labor time, production quantities, and inventory movements in ERP.
• Strive to meet production and quality goals; perform other duties as needed.
