Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble parts and subassemblies following schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
• Conduct thorough inspections to check for defects and ensure assembled products meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues to maintain production quality.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery to complete assembly tasks.
• Position and align components manually or with hoists for precise assembly.
• Perform quality control to ensure standards are met.
• Prepare for assembly by studying parts lists and gathering tools and materials.
• Verify specifications by measuring components and making adjustments as needed.
• Maintain equipment through preventive maintenance and address malfunctions.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Document production and quality actions by completing reports.
