Job summary

Pinal County is seeking a Server Application Specialist to maintain and update server and application environments in support of county IT services. The role requires coordination with vendors, development teams, and county offices to ensure reliability and security of critical systems.

Responsibilities include project management, system enhancements, and hands-on support for enterprise applications. A thorough background check is required, and Arizona drivers license is needed upon hire;

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Experience with enterprise server applications preferred.
• Arizona residents must have an Arizona Driver’s License upon hire.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple county offices and staff.

Responsibilities

• Performs server and application maintenance and updates as specified by vendors and industry standards.
• Researches new and applicable items for county IT projects.
• Manages IT projects for Elected Offices and County departments.
• Provides Tier 3 and Tier 4 support for enterprise applications.
• Performs data entry, verification and analysis for the County’s programs.
• Provides training on enhancements and implementations.
• May engage in system integration and configuration projects.
• Maintains regular in-person attendance in an office setting.
• Collaborates with team to achieve organizational goals.
