Job summary

Jabil is seeking an experienced Hardware Engineering Architect for Server/AI Products to lead architecture concept work during the early design phase. You will translate customer use cases into scalable server architectures and collaborate with stakeholders to define strategy and requirements.

Role requires deep experience in data center system/server architecture, leadership, and strong communication across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering; MSc preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in data center system/server architecture.
• Experience leading concept-phase architecture for AI/server products.

Responsibilities

• Lead system-level architecture planning for Server/AI platforms.
• Define system requirements, interfaces, and early configuration options.
• Conduct trade-off analysis balancing performance, cost, power, and scalability.
• Collaborate with EE, thermal, mechanical, BMC, and firmware architects.
• Present concept proposals and drive internal/customer design reviews.
