Arrow Senior Living Management is seeking a Part-Time Server at Vitalia Strongsville in Strongsville, OH. The role supports residents with meals, requires a welcoming presence, and involves dining room service during scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities include greeting residents, preparing service areas, bussing, and assisting residents during meals. Availability for Wednesday–Saturday evenings is expected; 16+ years old and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• You must be at least sixteen years of age.
• Reading, writing, and understanding English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Must be able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
• Criminal clearance is required.

Responsibilities

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

4:00pm to 7:30pm

• Be an “Appetite Anthropologist:” Communicate with supervisors and Wellness

when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
