Job summary

Arrow Senior Living in Seven Hills, OH is seeking a part-time Server to greet residents, assist with dining service, and maintain a welcoming, tidy dining room environment. The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and providing compassionate resident support.

The position offers a flexible schedule (Friday and Saturday, 12:00pm–7:00pm) with a competitive hourly pay range of $15–$23 and benefits suited to part-time staff. Committed team members are encouraged to grow from within.

Qualifications

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and ensure they feel welcome in the dining area.
• Assist with meal service preparation and clearing tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining room.
• Monitor residents' dietary intake and report changes.
