Job summary

Vitalia Solon in Solon, Ohio is hiring a part-time Server to greet residents, help seat them, and support dining services with a friendly, energetic attitude. This role emphasizes customer care, teamwork, and creating a warm dining experience in a home-like community.

Qualifications

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Assist with a steady flow of meals and prep tasks as needed.
• Buss tables and maintain tidiness throughout the dining area.
• Communicate dietary changes to supervisors and Wellness.
