Job summary

Ancho & Agave in Bloomington, IL is seeking Servers to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences, greeting guests, and ensuring their satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1-year experience in a table-service restaurant, strong customer service skills, and knowledge of wine and spirits. Enjoy flexible scheduling, meal discounts, and eligibility for health insurance and 401K.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Valid alcohol certification.

• High stamina to work on feet for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Ancho & Agave is hiring Servers to help us create the ultimate dining experience for our guests. If you love serving people and know how to "wow" with your customer service...we want you to be on our team!

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and offer menu assistance
• Present menu specials
• Answer guests’ questions about ingredients and menu items
• Take orders and deliver food and beverages
• Ensure guests’ meals and experience are as perfect as possible
• Serve guests with a warm, friendly smile
• Retain guests
• Clean, sanitize, and perform side work
• Work as part of a team of all varieties
• Report thoroughly to management
• Handle cash and credit payments responsibly

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year experience as a Server in a table-service restaurant
