Job summary

Erickson Senior Living in Houston is seeking entry-level dining service team members for Eagle’s Trace. This position offers flexible after-school and weekend hours with no late nights, providing hands-on experience in a senior living dining program.

You will learn menu items, daily specials, and order entry, while delivering an exceptional dining experience to residents and guests. No prior experience required; we value friendly, energetic individuals who communicate clearly and can work

• Be 16+ years old.
• No experience required.
• Have good communication skills.
• Have weekday and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods to become a subject matter expert.
• Enhance resident and guest engagement by sharing daily menu highlights and suggesting recommendations that are tailored to their preferences.
• Record food and beverage orders with precision and accuracy.

Commensurate with experience, starting at $9.50/hr
