Job summary

Erickson Senior Living invites you to join Eagle's Trace in West Houston as a Prep/Line Cook. You will play a key role in our Signature Dining Programs, preparing meals à la minute and crafting chef-inspired dishes for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work some weekends and holidays.

• Ability to work in varying temperatures, from hot kitchens to cold refrigerators and freezers.

Responsibilities

• Consistently prepare all meals and menu items following proper safety and cooking techniques.
• Ensure accurate portioning, plating, temperature, and presentation of meals.
• Utilize your culinary skills to create high-quality dishes that enhance resident satisfaction.
• Keep the kitchen and workstation clean and sanitized at all times.

Join our team as a Prep/Line Cook if you’re passionate about great food, teamwork, and have culinary experience. In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to our innovative Signature Dining Programs, engaging in à la minute cooking and crafting chef-inspired dishes.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience, starting at $15 / hr
