Job summary

Spring Creek Golf Club is seeking personable and service-oriented servers to provide an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests. This role offers an effective rate including tips of $16–$23/hour in Virginia.

Ideal candidates enjoy teamwork, have strong communication skills, and are willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training will cover food safety, guest service, and event support for club functions.

Qualifications

• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Maintain clean and properly set dining and service areas.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and Food & Beverage team members.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service requirements.
• Assist with member events, banquets, and other club functions as needed.
