Responsibilities

• Take orders for in room guests.
• Prepare trays in detail to deliver all orders.
• Collect all carts/trays/plates/silverware/glassware from previous orders.
• Deliver all amenities prior to check-in.
• Process all payments ensuring correct information.
• Communicate with supervisor any complaints or compliments.

Responsibilities

• Take orders for in room guests
• Prepare trays in detail to deliver all orders
• Collect all carts/trays/plates/silverware/glassware from previous orders. Tray runs must be done in detail multiple times per shift
• Deliver all amenities prior to check-in
• Opening side work to prepare for the day
• Closing side work to set the next shift up for success
• Process all payments ensuring correct information
• Communicate with supervisor any complaints or compliments
• Adhere to the rules and regulations of the company as defined in the employee handbook
• Always wear appropriate uniform provided by company policy

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
• Previous experience a plus
