Job summary

Casa Blanca inside Casa de Montecristo by JR Cigar in the United States is seeking a Server with 1 year of bar/restaurant experience. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays is required.

Training will cover menu knowledge, customer service, and POS duties. Responsibilities include greeting guests, presenting menus, taking and delivering orders, and handling payments with a customer-focused approach.

Overview

Casa Blanca located inside Casa de Montecristo by JR Cigar is looking for a Server. The ideal candidate will have 1 year experience in bar / restaurant along with being available-to work a flexible work schedule including nights and weekends and some Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
• Attend to customers upon entry
• Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
• Take/serve orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other products
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
• Issue bills and accept payment
• Promote dedication from customers
