Franciscan Ministries in Illinois is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist in all dietary functions under the direction of the Dining Services management team. You will help deliver meals, maintain cleanliness, and support daily operations in the dining room.

This role emphasizes customer service, reliability, and adherence to safety standards. Previous dining experience is preferred but not required; ServSafe certification may be required.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe certification if required.
• Experience: none required; 1+ years in dining services preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve meals to residents and set the table in the dining rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness of production areas including vents, fryers, flattop, range, steamers, ovens, refrigerators, coolers, and storage areas.
• Bus dining room as needed and send dishes through the dishwashing machine.
• Wash pots and pans as needed.
• Put clean dishes away in appropriate places.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed.
• Dispose of garbage appropriately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and procedures and any updates.
