Job summary

Franciscan Ministries is hiring full- and part-time servers for permanent positions in our dining rooms in Homer Glen, IL. You will provide assistance in all dietary functions as directed by the Dining Services management team.

Education required is a High School Diploma or GED, with ServSafe certification as needed. No prior dining experience is required, though 1+ years in dining services is a plus. Earn USD 17.00–18.00 per hour with opportunities to grow in service roles.

• Serve meals to the residents and set the table in the dining rooms.

• Bus dining room as needed and send dishes through the dishwashing machine.
• Wash pots and pans as needed.
• Put clean dishes away in appropriate places.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed.
• Dispose of garbage appropriately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and procedures and any updates.
