Job summary

Golfzon Social Scarsdale is seeking energetic Servers to join our fast-paced, hospitality-focused team in Scarsdale, NY. Provide memorable dining experiences, attend to guests promptly, and work collaboratively with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management.

We welcome individuals with a passion for guest service, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to learn. NY alcohol service requirements apply; weekend/evening/holiday availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior serving experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Weekend, evening, and holiday availability.
• Must meet New York State requirements for serving alcohol.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Guide guests through our food, beverage, and golf experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
• Promote menu specials, cocktails, and featured items.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
• Complete opening, side work, and closing duties.
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, kitchen staff, food runners, and management.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and elevate issues when appropriate.
• Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and company policies.
