Requirements

Essential Minimum Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greeting and welcoming guest
• Taking orders accurately and relaying them properly
• Serving food and beverages to guest
• Checking in with customers to make sure they are satisfied and enjoying the MCBC experience
• Providing excellent customer service, addressing customers' needs in a timely manner
• Upselling products when appropriate
• Processing customers' payments accurately and efficiently
• Keeping up on side work, clearing tables and general cleaning task for the facility
