Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per Meier’s Creek standards.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by taking orders and engaging with customers.
• Recommend craft beers, cocktails and menu items based on guest preferences.
• Accurately mix cocktails and maintain presentation standards.
• Promote and present the bar menu, including seasonal offerings and brewery products.
• Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and promote responsible services.
• Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked bar area.
• Process transactions using POS and handle cash/card payments.
• Work with the team to support efficient service and a positive environment.
• Foster a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere reflective of the Meier’s Creek brand.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and beverage regulations.

Essential Minimum Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with Meier’s Creek standards
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by taking orders, serving food and beverages and engaging with customers
• Recommend craft beers, cocktails and menu items based on guest preferences
• Accurately mix cocktails and maintain consistency and presentation standards
