Ford's Garage is hiring a Server (Vibe Setter) to greet guests, take orders, and deliver outstanding service in our bustling dining room.

You will promote menu items, maintain dining room setup, and work with a fun team in a fast-paced environment. This tipped role requires reliability, English communication, and the ability to stand and lift.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing guests with the highest level of service to create new and repeat business and avoid guest complaints.
• Promoting menu items with extensive product knowledge on food, beverage and promotions.
• Ensuring the dining room is set up perfectly, including table setup, side-work, closing duties, and sanitation.
• Complying with liquor service laws, including avoiding overserving and underage guests.

Servers work in the dining room taking orders and delivering them to our guests maintaining and enhancing the quality of our customer service. Minimum Qualifications (with or without accommodation)

Our Servers are Responsible for:

• Providing our guests with the highest level of service standards to create new and repeat business and avoid guest complaints
• Promoting our products to guests by communicating with extensive product knowledge on food, beverage and promotional menus.
• Ensuring the dining room is set up perfectly for our guests, including: table and dining room cleanup, sidework, closing duties, and maintaining safety and sanitation
• Being aware of and abiding by all liquor service laws, including not overserving guests or serving underage Guests.
• Completing and passing all training courses required and continuing their education through additional training modules
