Job summary

Ford's Garage Richmond is seeking a Server (Vibe Setter) to deliver high-energy, friendly service in a fast-paced environment. You’ll take orders, present menu items, deliver meals, and ensure guests leave as friends and repeat customers.

This tipped role requires English fluency, reliability, and the stamina to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds. You’ll join a GOATS culture with daily pay, brand discounts, and opportunities to grow, all while upholding safety and liquor laws.

Qualifications

• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food safety certification or any other food/alcohol certification, as required by state law
• Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
• Good hearing for safety and accurate communication
• Must be able to read, write and speak in English
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Providing our guests with the highest level of service standards to create new and repeat business and avoid guest complaints
• Promoting our products to guests by communicating with extensive product knowledge on food, beverage and promotional menus
• Ensuring the dining room is set up perfectly for our guests, including: table and dining room cleanup, sidework, closing duties, and maintaining safety and sanitation
• Being aware of and abiding by all liquor service laws, including not overserving guests or serving underage Guests.
• Completing and passing all training courses require and continuing their education through additional training modules
